Consumer Priority Service is Set to Unveil the Digital Warranty Assistant at CES 2010
Consumer Priority Service is set to unveil its latest big box retail technological innovation at the upcoming 2010 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

KINGS COUNTY, NY, January 01, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Consumer Priority Service, a leader in the field of service plans is set to unveil its latest big box retail technological innovation at the upcoming 2010 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The digital warranty assistant (DWA) which stands approximately 4ft in height, offers retail customers a touch screen interactive system that easily allows customers to view and select an extended warranty for the product they are purchasing. Unlike anything available in the warranty industry the touch screen interactive LCD walks and talks you through the menu using a virtual online spokesperson. The virtual sales assistant explains the benefits and extended coverage options available to the consumer. Initial retail test locations that were set up with the DWA experienced a dramatic rise in warranty attachment rates, especially on high ticket products. This is soon to be a must have for all retailers large and small. Additional features that are currently under development include an integrated price check scan gun and printer that provides instant price quotes for the consumer.

As a well established provider of extended warranties, Consumer Priority Service manages important warranty programs on an international level that are scalable and cost-effective. CPS will now provide retailers with the DWA which will dramatically enhance the consumers overall shopping experience. The DWA is tailored to meet the needs and expectations of retailers and the general public.

Mr. Jack Heffez, Vice President of Business Development stated "Our technology team's ability to create state of the art marketing innovations to further benefit customers and dealers has always been our strength. We are extremely excited to officially unveil this groundbreaking technology and demonstrate how it will help shape the future of the retail industry. Current dealer demand for this program exceeded initial supply, pushing new orders to the second quarter of 2010."
