Wheaton, IL KnowledgeShift CEO to Present Mobi-RolePlay at BIF Soapbox Program
Nancy Munro, CEO of KnowledgeShift, represents one of seven organizations selected to present at a Soapbox presentation sponsored by The Big Idea Forum of Chicago.


WHEATON, IL, June 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Soapbox event is designed for presentations on new mobile applications to be presented to a panel of experts who will be providing feedback on the product's market viability, business model and potential for future revenue. Nancy Munro will be presenting the Mobi-RolePlay application, which allows users to have a role-play experience with another person via recorded scripts. This product is currently in use for training employees on sales, interviewing and customer services skills. "We know there are other applications for this tool," states Nancy. "We have been working on other applications such as Speech Therapy, Language Training and Viral Marketing."

All conversations are "stitched" together and then automatically sent to a designated email address for review. This allows the user or a manager to listen to the full conversation to provide feedback.

All of the role playing scripts can be accessed from any phone but the mobile user can be presented with some context as to who they are calling and why on the mobile screen. This same tool has been used for another platform created by KnowledgeShift Phone-Podding, which allows someone to upload podcast files into a portal for distribution via any phone connection without the need to download anything.
